We took to the streets of Norwich this weekend to take part in the Great British Cycling Festival.
The sun was out along with the crowds of spectators. Riders took on a number of scenic routes for road races and time trials around the Norfolk countryside. There was a full programme of events, culminating in a four-day long celebration of cycling (June 27-30) which included the HSBC UK National Road Championships. Events ranged from family-friendly, closed-road events, to seeing new elite national champions crowned.
There was a great festival atmosphere and a huge range of bikes to be seen, including a number of penny farthings and stilt walkers.
We got to meet Chris at AU and found out more about the carbon woven wheels he recently developed in #Norfolk which are the lightest on the market. A great cycling business on our doorstep.
